Christmas!!! And Catch Up
So.... I haven't posted for while. Sorry about that. There is a lot to post about though... School is good! I can't believe how horrible and how awesome Junior High is!
Good things:
-I have made tons of new friends and lots of them live really close to me! My friend Annika lives right above me and my friend Maddy lives a block away and I never knew they were there!
-School is fun. I really like having all the different classes and all the different teachers. Its really hard having to keep track of all your homework though.
-BAND!!! Mr. King is officially THE BEST teacher in the whole wide world! I love him so much :) He always brings a smile to my face each and every day.
Bad things:
-My locker. I am sorry for all of your who love your lockers and all but I really just hate my locker. And I think it hates me too... It NEVER opens the first time, there is no space in that stupid little thing and it is really annoying having a person above me. I don't hate the person above me. She is actually very nice but there is never enough room for both of us to get our stuff.
-Gym. No words really to describe this horrible concept except that it is just plain old horrible. Especially the changing part and the whole running part.
-Homework. I hate homework. As if 7 hours of school wasn't enough. Now the teachers are just piling on more hours on top of that.
Something that just happened recently in school is I MADE THE BASKETBALL TEAM! I was actually more surprised then anything when I made it :) I didn't know that I had this secret talent of basketball (hahahah) I LOVE it though! All of it except for the 5:00 AM practices on Friday mornings before school...
Choir is going good, all of the Christmas concerts are done so now I can just kick back and relax for a little while. It's nice not having 2+ choir concerts each week.
Well... Nothing more that I can think of that I should blog about. Except that it is Christmas Eve today! I'm actually at my family Christmas party right now. Well I guess I should go :)
